Position

Accounts Executive

Location

Responsibilities

Support the Finance Manager in handling the financial general accounting and cost accounting functions such as accounts closing and balances, Profit & Lost, Balance Sheets, cash flow, fixed asset and other accounting functions.
Assist Finance Manager in preparation of financial and management reports, financial analysis and accounts schedules on a timely and accurate basis and conduct regular variance analysis.
Assist the Finance Manager in preparation of financial forecast, projection and budget.
To review and monitor the Balance Sheets and Profit & Lost Accounts and analyzing the movement and variances.
To prepare the annual tax computation and supporting schedules for submission to tax authorities and ensure monthly tax installments are paid on time.
Review and monitor accruals and ensuring reversals and adjustments are made on a timely basis.
To perform the month end closing on a timely and accurate manner.
To perform accounts reconciliation / analysis and ensure open items are resolved timely.
To supervise data maintenance.
Responsible for billing and collections, reconciliation of debtors balance, follow up overdue payment and credit control matters.
Responsible for payment and manage banking administrative work.
Assist in liaison with auditors, tax agents and government statutory bodies.
To ensure compliance with Accounting and Costing Standards.

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least LCCI Higher Diploma in Accounting/ Degree in Accountancy/ Professional or partial Professional Qualification.
Minimum 5 years of accounting experience.
Able to handle full set of accounts.
External and internal audit experience is an added advantages
Must be familiar in UBS accounting software
Proficient in computer applications especially MS Excel
Effective interpersonal and communication skills
Meticulous, resourceful and vigilant
Able to work with minimum supervision, cope with pressure and meet deadline

Position

Claims Executive/ Junior Executive/ Assistant

Location

Kuala Lumpur – Wisma UOA, Damansara Heights

Responsibilities

To assist in claims processing for inpatient and outpatient.
Adhere to our SOP,SLA & ensure high level of accuracy.
Maintain & update filing system.
Attend client(s), insurer(s) & management inquiries pertaining to procedures and work flow.
Report on regular basis the overall performance of the night shift team to HOD.
Assist to compile all necessary documents for submission to clients.

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"0" Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate,
Candidate with SPM qualification and relevant working experience in TPA, Healthcare or Insurance industry would be as added advantage.
Ability to communicate effectively with insurance companies, hospitals and clinics.
Self driven team player with positive working attitude and willing to work long hours.
Computer literate and able to work independently with minimum supervision.

Customer Service Executive

Location

Responsibilities

Deliver quality customer service and appropriate solutions pertaining to medical/insurance claims and clinical services issues.
Provide a polite, professional and accurate response in accordance with the agreed service standards.
Communicate with insurance companies and hospital personnel pertaining to medical information management.
To always keep updated with new or enhanced products/knowledge in order to maintain a high level of quality service to clients.

Requirements

STPM/Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.
Those with medical/life insurance claims, hospital services, clinical services experience are encourage to apply.
Knowledge of insurance/medical terminologies and insurance policy wordings is an added advantage, however it is not essential as training will be provided.
Posses excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Report duties to Managing Director for daily work assignment.
Operate assigned vehicles in safe and courteous manner and follow the road and safety regulations at all time.
Maintain the cleanliness of the vehicle and ensure its functionality.
Ensure the periodic maintenance, road tax and insurance renewal of the vehicle is carried out on a timely manner.
To undertake ad-hoc assignment or duties assigned by management when required.

Requirements

At least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, any field with min 1 year of working experience in similar capacity.
Must familiar with Klang Valley route.

Responsibilities

Keeping log of incoming data.
Preparation of data backups for off-site location.
Keeping log of data backups.
Keeping log of reports generated for internal/external use.
Data pre-processing for automated upload process.
Checking of database systems for inconsistence after upload processes take place.
Testing the pre-processed data for validity in testing environment.
Testing the reports before pushed onto production systems.
Handling of incoming data source.
Maintaining of logs for all incoming data.
Keying-in of data as and when required.
Testing of reports before publishing onto production servers.
Maintaining of logs for all the reports both internal and external use.
Checking database systems after upload processing for any inconsistencies.

Provider Management Executive

Location

Kuala Lumpur – Wisma UOA, Damansara Heights

Responsibilities

To ensure that a proper procedures/system is in place for the department operation.
Identify and set up of panel GP network in Klang Valley and nationwide.
To maintain total quality management of the clinics and the associated staff and personnel.
Set up of Outpatient Management System (OMS) in respective panel GP clinics.
Provide training and refresher course for OMS in respective panel GP clinics as well as other required areas.
To do periodic visits to panel GP network and to customers on a stipulated time frame agreed by the management.
Attend to inquiries from customers and panel GP network with regards to procedures and work flow.
Plan and conduct roadshow for clients.
Maintain and update corporate clients’ employees’ data in our OMS database.
Maintain proper filing system for OMS and panel GP network.
Maintain proper documentation for OMS and panel GP network.
Any other duties as and when assigned by the Management.

Requirements

At least Diploma with 2 years working experience preferably in healthcare or insurance industry.
Good understanding of medical insurance policies and its application is an added advantage.
Working experience in TPA, insurance or healthcare industry would be an added advantage.
Excellent telephone etiquette and customer service skills.
Good spoken and written communication skills in BM & BI.
Ability to handle enquiries and complaints.
Computer literate.

Responsibilities

Development and maintenance of in-house web-based system.
Development and maintenance of technical documentation.

Requirements

Must be well versed in object-oriented web programming (PHP5).
Must be well versed in JavaScript Libraries/ Frameworks (jQuery, Prototype, YUI, etc).
Ideally candidate should have experience in at least one of the PHP Frameworks (CodeIgniter, Symfony, CakePHP, Zend, etc).
Good command of both spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
There are no requirements regarding the number of years of experience. However, the person will be expected to be able to work independently.
There are no education level requirements either. Diploma, Degree or Masters holders will all be considered even if they are not in CS/IT.

Responsibilities

Serves as the primary contact for the company corporate clients, insurance companies and service providers.
Plans and launches sales programs and to develop revenue generating a demand generating programs for execution.
Responsible for the production and circulation of the monthly in-house management reporting, monthly client reporting and the company periodic newsletter.
Management of media communication and internal communications and to provide for clients communication.
Coordinates and ensures that regular performance survey is being conducted with clients and supporting services in order to gauge customer satisfaction.
Meet with customer regularly to report customer satisfaction level.
Work with customer to identify specific needs for additional advice or expertise and make appropriate follow-up recommendations.
Prepare meeting presentation and communicate the value of the deliverables which contribute to customers' needs.

Requirements

Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Business Studies or equivalent.2 years in marketing, public relations or relevant field.
Minimum 1-2 years related working experience in similar capacity
